Aluminium Curtain Walling (UCW/SCW)
AMG curtain wall system (ASCW) has been developed for fabrication of envelope translucent constructions of various complexity: Conventional & Structural Glazed Curtain Walls, inclined translucent surfaces, skylights, & sunrooms.
Various door and window types can also be integrated in the system when required.
Conventional Curtain Wall: Several solutions have been developed for the system for making a load-bearing structure in the form of steel or wood frame. In this case, it is recommended to use cost effective narrow mullion and transom extrusions. Various types of beauty caps allow flexible facade design in numerous options from soft design with smooth junctions to challenging high-tech style with sharp lines and straight angles.
Structural Glazed Curtain Wall: This system allows fabrication of all-glass look facades of any configuration without aluminium profiles on the outside surface. Insulated glass is fixed to mullions with hidden clamps.
Unitized Curtain Wall: Unitized Curtain Wall system is designed for envelope glazing with prefabricated units. This method of installation eliminates necessity of scaffolds and makes the process of façade installation much easier especially when it comes to high-rise buildings.
The main components of this system are mullions which are assembled into modules. The glazing in such constructions is held by snap-in mouldings and wedging blocks. A set of gaskets is used for adjustment and sealing gaps between units.
Skylights: Translucent roofs, skylights allow to create a unique, striking and nontypical look of the building at the same time providing protection from unfavourable weather conditions. Designers and architects have the possibility to choose the proper bearing member depending on building conditions and loading forces. A unique design of various blocks and locks (patented solutions) allows to design, fabricate and install different transitions and adjoin façade constructions to existing structures:
• Pyramids
• Curved surfaces (vertically inclined mullions). Switch from vertical to inclined part of the façade.
• Rotation of vertical mullions
• Tilted and rotated surfaces

Doors, Windows, Interior Solutions
AMG offers a versatile system designed for the fabrication of interior and exterior translucent units, including doors, windows, entrances, partitions, and lobby enclosures. The system accommodates a wide range of frame depths, ensuring compatibility with various hardware options and enabling diverse operational configurations.
Additional moulding accessories allow seamless upgrades of entrance units to automatic sliding or swing doors, available in both single and double-leaf configurations. The system is also compatible with compact door hinges, enhancing flexibility in design and application.
Glazing options support thicknesses up to 30 mm (1 3/16”), providing robust performance and design adaptability. Our profile series are engineered for high functionality, offering excellent machinability and ease of assembly. Profiles are carefully selected from leading global system suppliers to meet specific project requirements and international standards.
